Artwork and approvals

Customers are responsible for confirming that submitted artwork may be reproduced. Production begins after the required artwork, specifications and approvals have been received.

Production timelines

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order complexity and approval timing. Rush service is subject to availability.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Because decorated products are customized, changes or cancellations may be limited after production begins. Please contact our team promptly so we can review the status of your order and available options.
