Logo Digitizing for Embroidery in Houston
A great embroidered logo starts long before the needle hits the fabric. Digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine where every stitch goes, in what direction and in what order. At Jovi Printing we digitize logos for the polos, hats, jackets and uniforms we embroider in our Houston shop, so your brand looks clean, readable and consistent every time.

Why Digitizing Matters
- Readable small text: stitch density and underlay are adjusted so letters do not blur together.
- Clean edges: satin and fill stitches are planned to keep shapes sharp.
- Right for the garment: a cap front, a polo chest and a jacket back each need different settings.
- Fewer surprises: we review size and placement with you before production.
How It Works at Jovi Printing
- Send your logo: a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best; a clear PNG or JPG also works.
- Review: we check details like tiny text, gradients and thin lines and suggest simplifications if needed.
- Digitizing: we create the stitch file for your garment and logo size.
- Approval: you approve the quote and placement before we stitch.
- Reorders: your file is saved, so future orders match.
Is There a Digitizing Fee?
Yes. Digitizing is a setup service, and its cost is included in your embroidery quote so you see the total before you approve. If you already have an embroidery file such as DST, send it with your request and we will review it.

Logo Digitizing FAQ
Can any logo be embroidered?
Most logos can. Very small text, fine lines or photo-like gradients may need to be simplified so they stay readable in thread. We will show you what we recommend.
Can I use the same file for hats and shirts?
Often a logo needs a different version for a cap front than for a left chest, because size and fabric change how stitches lay. We will let you know if a second version is needed.
Do I own my embroidery file?
Ask us when you place your order and we will explain the options for your file.
What if I already have a DST file?
Send it with your request. We will review it and let you know if it is ready to stitch.
